Best Minecraft Island Seeds List (Java and Bedrock)

These are the best Island Seeds I can find for the newest version of Minecraft. It's important to mention that structures generate differently on Java and Bedrock. Because of this, some of the key structures for each seed will be different.

Armadillos are one of the cutest mobs available in Minecraft. This island gives you an up-close-and-personal look at them right from the start of your world. It also provides savanna trees for wood and pigs to use as food. A large continent lies near the island, allowing you to roam around and gather new resources easily.

Seed: 1591659046916903336

If you love a good challenge, I recommend trying out this gravel island seed. The island you begin on has no trees, leaving you to gather wood from the few shipwrecks in the area. The fun truly begins once you've obtained some wood and gathered the island's resources. You can stay on the island and build off it, sail the ocean, or venture to the nearby continent and attempt to climb its sheer cliffs. You're guaranteed to have an exciting adventure with whatever you choose to do.

Minecraft islands come in all sorts of shapes, sizes, and biomes. The diversity can make it pretty hard to decide exactly which island and seed you want to play on. This seed takes away the hard decision of deciding by offering players the opportunity to explore a variety of islands. Players begin on a snowy island with spruce trees. The western side of the world has icebergs, a large Frozen Ocean, and even an Ice Spikes island. Players who go east will find islands with warmer biomes, including a Mushroom Island.

Each has plenty of room to make a comfortable base, or you can connect all three to craft one large intricate base. Java players will have a village on the furthest island while Bedrock gamers need to look to the ocean for structures.

This towering Taiga cliff island is truly a sight to behold. Spawn is set on top of it overlooking the Cold Ocean and everything it contains. Players will need to gather the resources on top of the island before venturing into the icy waters. If you dive straight into the ocean first, you'll have a hard time getting on top of the island again.

Spawn is set in a small, swamp-filled cove in this Minecraft seed. Java players will find a ruined portal on the island as well as an exposed segment of Cold Ocean Ruins a short swim away. Bedrock players will only have underwater structures, including a shipwreck and a cluster of Cold Ocean Ruins. The island itself is small but close to the mainland's shore.

This set of islands represents a useful mix of Dark Forest and Stony Shores biomes. Chop down one of the dark oak trees to convert it into a pickaxe and gather all the coal and iron you can fit in your inventory. While doing this, Bedrock players will have the chance to uncover over a dozen buried treasure chests. While Java players will not have buried treasure, they will have an underwater ruined portal next to the starting island.

A Snowy Beach island is already a rarity, but this one goes a step further by having a large cave beneath it! The island spans out from a Frozen Ocean into a Cold Ocean. While there aren't any trees, the grassy part of the island supplies players with animals for food and sugarcane.

This section of Badlands has separated itself from the mainland, turning into a Badlands island. Bedrock players will find a Desert Village on the far end of the island, but Java players will have to explore the mainland for the same structure. The mix of Badlands and Stony Shores is sure to bring inhabitants lots of precious minerals during their stay on the island.

This island is exclusive to Bedrock players, but it was so unique that I couldn't pass it up! A large Warm Ocean Ruins structure has made its home on the island. The grassy floor of the island has turned to sand beneath the structure. This gives players extra chances to brush suspicious sand for rare archeological treasures. Java players have their own large Warm Ocean Ruin structure nearby as well.

Spawn is set on a unique island with one towering Windswept spire. The island is a mix of Swamp, Forest, Plains, and Windswept biomes. Java players have access to multiple ocean ruins and shipwrecks while Bedrock players will have buried treasure chests scattered across the island. If you're going to be stranded alone on an island, this is a good one to shipwreck on.

A list of the best Island seeds in Minecraft is never complete without a Mushroom Island. This one is huge and rests only a short boat ride from the mainland. A spectacular view is created through the combination of the bright orange Badland islands and the rainbows of the nearby Coral Reef. Bedrock players will find lots of buried treasure on these islands, while Java players must stick to ocean structures for loot. Don't worry about not having enough resources as a Wooded Badlands biome is a short swim away.

Bedrock and Java players alike can enjoy this simple starter island. Both versions will have a Plains Village on the island, giving players access to different variations of the same resources. Java players will have a Cold Ocean Ruin next to one of the village's houses, while Bedrock players will only have ruins in the ocean. By gathering these resources and putting in a little hard work, players can create an island base to be proud of.

You'll have no excuses for not using the new bamboo blocks on this pretty Jungle island. Bamboo covers the eastern half of the island, with regular jungle trees taking over the western half. The short distance from the mainland prevents you from feeling too isolated while playing. However, it's just far enough that you can feel free enough to do whatever you'd like.
